Job Description:

  • Find Venues and Schedule events
  • Post events on various websites
  • Market events
  • Recruit Sponsors and Attendees for events
  • Set up for event
  • Run Event
  • Send out e-mail communications to attendees
  • Update database with new attendees and new contacts
  • Attend networking meetings and mixers to promote your event

Compensation = 70% of event proceeds minus $50.00 monthly maintenance fee

Before responding with interest for this position, please consider the following:

  • This position is not intended to be and should not be your main source of income
  • The amount of money you can earn will vary based on the amount effort and number of participants at each event.
  • This position would be highly beneficial to someone who already uses networking to promote a product or service
  • This position requires someone who can work independently and has very good organizational skills
  • This is only a part time position
  • This is a contract position and you will not receive an hourly wage, and will be paid per event
  • You will not have taxes taken out of your checks and that at the end of the year you will receive a 1099 for the amount of money that you have earned which you will be responsible to pay taxes on.
